The founder of Bosom Baby, Lori Henson, is an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist with specialized training in feeding issues. She graduated with honors from Wichita State University. Her career was focused on the birth to 5-year old population of children with special needs. Her interest in breastfeeding was intensified by the birth of her 3 children. The Bosom Baby Nursing Pillow has recently been featured in some national magazines such as ePregnancy in February 2004 and January 2004 and Baby & Children's Product News in February/March 2004 issue. Lori has helped women with unique breastfeeding and bottle-feeding issues. She has extensive knowledge of the oral-motor function required for normal breastfeeding and therapeutic techniques to help abnormal feeding issues. Lori has taken her education and learned therapeutic skills and created a pillow, which not only places the baby in a good position for feeding but is also comfortable for the nursing mother or caregiver. Bosom Baby is proud to employ all moms who either work from home or bring their children with them to work.
