High heels add a great touch of style to your wardrobe. Stilettos
are very popular these days. If you are the type to choose
fashion over comfort, you may change your mind while you are
pregnant. While there are no hard and fast rules about what
clothes and shoes you can wear when pregnant, there are some
aches and pains that are fairly common among all pregnant
women.
Pregnancy is a time of a lot of change for your body. You
are adapting to a little one that is growing inside of you.
As you get bigger, you may notice that your balance is not
the same and that there are new aches and pains you haven’t
noticed before. High heels will probably be more uncomfortable
than ever, especially if your feet swell during pregnancy.
Even if your feet don’t normally swell, slight changes
like elevation, standing for long periods or high heels, can
fatten up the feet of the most healthy and active pregnant
woman.
If you choose to wear the high heels anyway, pack another
pair of shoes, just in case. You will be glad that you did!
