A baby under the age of one is the perfect travelling companion.
They are portable, sleep a great deal, eat a limited but predictable
diet and, above all, have yet to learn how to say "Are we nearly
there yet?"
All your baby under the age of one really needs on holiday is you.
They do not require expensive toys and a huge amount of paraphernalia.
While you do not seem able to survive at home without the entire
contents of Mothercare, when you go on holiday it really is advisable
to pare down your kit.
As long as there are two of you to share the load, your baby will
be just as happy in a sling carrier as they will in your £699
three-wheeler pushchair.
People in foreign countries have babies, too. In most civilised
countries you will be able to buy just as good, if not better, baby
food, baby wipes, nappies and formula milk.
